How long does it take to complete the tour?
Plan on spending around 3 hours with us. Approximately 2 hours for the zipline tour plus orientation and boat travel to and from your starting location.
What should I wear?
You must wear closed toe shoes with a heal strap. (NO HIGH HEELS) Tennis shoes or hiking boots work nicely. Wear comfortable clothing, but avoid loose clothing (no scarves, etc.). Long hair needs to be tied back. Please leave all jewelry and loose items in your vehicle. Lake Travis Zipline Adventures is not responsible for property lost, damaged or stolen during your tour.
How safe is the zipline tour?
All adventure activities have inherent risks. We have taken numerous steps to mitigate these risks. Our course was built to meet or exceed ACCT professional building standards. Our guides are professionally trained and our equipment is very high quality. The course and equipment are inspected daily.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes, participants must be at least 10 years old. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST HAVE A WAIVER SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
Are there weight restrictions?
Yes, participants must weigh at least 70 pounds and can weigh no more than 260 pounds.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all guests must sign a waiver. In addition, guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardians signature on a waiver before zipping.
What if I am scared of heights?
Many people are nervous about heights. Our professionally trained guides will be with you at all times to make sure that everyone has a positive experience. All of our equipment is checked daily and meets or exceeds all industry standards. No one will be forced to do anything they are not comfortable doing.
