Long Term Care Programs benefiting children with cancer were researched, funded and implemented for four years by former professional tennis player, Andrea Jaeger, before the official 1990 launch of the Foundation. All Little Star Foundation Programs are provided free of charge to families. Programs for children with cancer and children in need include: Financial Assistance, Medical Care, Recreational Activities, Educational Scholarships and Outreach Support.
