E's also is known for homemade soup,(this year awarded the critic's choice "best of DE" for soup by Delaware Today). We serve three daily, there are twentyseven varieties. The most popular being the Creamy Tomato, served with garlic croutons and shredded parmesan cheese. A large part of our business is catering, specializing in corporate. We make it so easy for the corporate customer,who has more to do than plan meals, all they have to do is choose the package, from our "easy to read" menu, (can also be viewed online), call or fax us with thier selections, tell us where and when they want it, give a credit card number and it's all taken care of. our hours are Mon.-Fri 10:30a- 5pm Sat. 9a-3p Closed Sundays.
