- My name is Felicia Kincaid and I have been in the wedding cake business for more than 18 years and have serviced North Georgia for the past 4 years. My kitchen is an order only kitchen and is not open to the public, but I do provide cake tastings and will be happy to meet with you. Once you have tasted my cake and seen my portfolio, you will quickly realize that my product is unique. I specialize in rolled fondant icing and chocolate work. Rolled fondant is a sugar icing that is rolled out and then laid over the cake creating a "porcelain-like" finish. Rolled fondant does not have a great reputation because most bakeries either will not work with it or they buy a commercial brand which has an unpleasant chemical taste. I make my rolled fondant from scratch ~ it is soft, not tough, and has a smooth butter, vanilla flavor ~ it is quite good. In my portfolio, I have a "Wedding Dress" cake collection which are cakes designed after wedding dresses ~ this is another one of my specialties ~ I can take your wedding dress and design your wedding cake. It is my goal to create a cake that is not only beautiful, but moist and delicious. Since all my recipes are scratch and made from the finest ingredients, it is quite easy to meet that goal...you will be delighted with the wedding cake I create for you!
