TRADEMARK PIZZA COMPANY is a new concept in fast-casual dining, serving artisan quality, custom-built pizzas at super-fast speeds, and all at very affordable prices. Our assembly line (or Speed Line) format lets you choose one of our personal-sized 11-inch signature Trademark pizzas or create your own from a wide variety of crusts, sauces, cheeses and toppings. The customer simply steps to the counter and oversees the construction of their pizza. The customer will tell us; a little more of this, a little less of that. Traditional pizza-making philosophy meets a modern pizza-making kitchen. Pizzas will be fresh, fast and personalized.
Salads will also be available. Opt for one of our signature Trademark salads or create your own from our fresh selection of greens, toppings and dressings. You choose it & we'll build it.
Dessert options will also be available with items like Super-Sized cookies, Miniature cupcakes, and Bars.
For adults; we will offer craft beers and artisan wines from local vineyards when applicable and licensing is available.
Your last step is to pay and head to the beverage station to select your drink. But don't blink because by the time you've grabbed a drink and a table, your crisp-crusted pizza will be ready to devour.

With the use of a large high-temperature brick oven, personal "create your own" pizzas will be cooked in around 3 minutes. Menu boards will be prominently placed, simple and easy to navigate.
