Our non-traditional tactic combines a short and long term approach to creating and maintaining value. This new approach combines, in many cases, the original acquisition with assertive professional management and implementation of an exit strategy centered around our clients’ goals and objectives and their investment time frame. When we are able to apply this strategy, we consistently see significantly increased cash flow and enhanced value in each of our client’s assets. We apply this same strategic focus when working with tenants in establishing valid cost effective lease terms that protect and fit our leasing clients’ short and long term real estate needs. A solid lease strategy with each tenant also protects the Landlord’s interests. This new level of real estate service combining acquisition, disposition, development, property and facility management is supported by our group’s extensive experience in all these disciplines. The cumulative office staff’s experience in handling a full range of commercial real estate services totals more than 60 years. Even more importantly, this experience has been centered on client driven strategies for a variety of commercial projects including small retail projects as well as multi-million dollar commercial projects throughout the United States and the Americas. The REAS office staff’s combined transaction volume exceeds 16 million sqft with a cumulative value exceeding $2 billion dollars and includes multiple domestic and international consulting assignments. Jeff Reber, the Managing Partner and former Director of Global Consulting with Jones Lang LaSalle, provides extensive domestic and international levels of expertise in asset transactions, property and facility management, development strategies, and in commercial investment marketing strategies. In addition, Mr. Reber has had significant experience in providing consulting services resulting in successful acquisition, management and/or disposition strategies for difficult or unusual projects. Susan Donnelly-Reber, also formerly with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Property and Facility Management Company, continues to focus her accounting and contract management expertise on the company’s property and facility management operations.
