American Security Escrow is based out of South Florida. We provide escrow protection for contracts between customers and service contractors and provide 1031 exchanges services. American Security Escrow is bonded for our customers & service contractors’ protection and all escrow funds are deposited into a separate account to provide security.
In the past several years homeowners have had to rely on service contractors due to the amount of damage caused by the sever storms that have hit the region. Too many times they have fallen victim to an unlicensed or unqualified contractor. These “bad contractors” take money from homeowners when they are at their most vulnerable and either never show up, only do a portion of the work or do poor work. American Security Escrow provides protection from these “bad contractors” and by working with contractors that are licensed and insured.
* Verified cleared funds for the service contractor
* Verify the service contractor is licensed & insured (if required)
* Verify the service contractor has pulled the permits required for the work to be done (if required)
* Verify work has passed inspection (if required)
* Upon completion and a passed inspection funds are dispersed to the service contractor according to the signed contract between the customer and service contractor.
1031 Exchanges (we do NOT handle title work, we are only a third party escrow holding company)
* Deposit funds into secured escrow account
* Disperse funds according to the customers/contract request
