- At Cortez Cigars we produce handrolled fine cigars where we blend tobacco from all over the world. Owner and cigar roller, Luis Cortez, who studied agriculture and started rolling in native La Habana, Cuba at the Corona Cigar Factory, takes great pride in his work and features his cigars available in different sizes and levels of robustness. In addition, our specialty is our handrolled cigar events wherein we showcase the process of rolling the tobacco with totally natural tree sap glue. No additives in our cigars. We use antique cigars molds and presses to make our products and at these events we show exactly how its done. Whether it is a wedding, a special gift for the groom or bride, charity functions, golf tournaments, anniversary, birthday, etc. it is a hit among guests to have their very own cigar roller. Labels can be included as well. Monday - Saturday 11-6PM we can operate by appointment as well on the other days and times. We do functions nationwide and ship anywhere.
