Dr. Skene has been in full time practice as a Chiropractor in Orange County since 1979. He practices Neurocybernetic Therapy a technique pioneered by Dr. Thomas Griner. He practices a soft-tissue, non-force, technique that uses neuro-stimulation to relax insidious painful muscle spasm.
