- Lesline Powe Barton, the founder of Hair in Motion of New York Beauty Salon has developed an 12 week apprenticeship training program targeting recent cosmetology graduates of local technical and vocational programs in Orlando, Florida. This program will combine classwork with floor work including hair cutting, styling, coloring, salon etiquette customer service, and soft skill training. Not only will our licensed stylist and educators be educating the students in the program on all hair care concepts, but also on our products. Hair in Motion of New York Apprenticeship Training Program will use an array of products to educate our students on the best quality hair care. Some of these products include Influance, Jame, Matrix, Nu Expressions, Dudley, and Chi. We have chosen these higher quality products because of their reputation within the industry. Hair in Motion of New York Apprenticeship Training Program is a one of a kind program that currently doesn't have any competition due to our unique approach to training cosmetologists. We are filling in the gap that the community and beauty industry needs. Class will begin promptly at 9:00a.m and end at 4:00p.m, Monday through Thursday. The program will be conducted at 1017 West Colonial Drive Orlando, Florida 32804. (This location is on West Colonial, one block East of Orange Blossom Trail, right before you hit North Westmoreland.)
