Originally a tiny operation, tucked behind a coffee house in Manayunk, it has grown into a full fledged school with several generations of successful graduates. It is now housed in it's facility in Center City. It's programing includes sommelier training, beer brewing, and basic winemaking programs. The school offers academic programming not covered by other schools, but it also offers popular events for wine enthusiasts as well. Those include wine tastings, beer classes, and private events. Registration is available online only, so make sure to reserve seats before attending a class. For more informal visits, the school is open by appointment.
