Primarily we are instructors for CONCEALED HANDGUN LICENSES. We also hold a FFL (Federal Firearms License) and can assist you in the purchase or sale of a firearm and transfers. Recently we moved our business from Royse City and downsized. Along with the DPS concealed handgun license classes, we are also intructors for an assortment of handgun classes: basic pistol, home firearm safety, personal protection, etc.
For the Concealed Handgun classes we offer you a "one-stop gets it done" business. We not only have the application packets, but we do the fingerprints, take your photo, notarize the forms, assist you in completing and assembling the forms, and qualify you on our on-site gun range. A first time Concealed Handgun License course is a mandatory minimum of 10 hours. We can do this in a one day class or during a 2 day, 2 session class. A CHL renewal class is a mandatory 4 hours. We charge $150 for first time and $75 for renewals. We will have a class for 1 or a class for 6 and anything in between.
We also are instructors in the Texas Parks and Wildlife mandatory HUNTER SAFETY EDUCATION course. Please reference Texas P&W website for education and the online homestudy course. We do day 2 of the mandatory 2-day course, which includes additional instruction and videos, field exercise, and testing. The cost is $20.
