Michaels' is a restaurant in a small town that is bringing a new type of food. Chef Michael Hill is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and a local talent born in Windemere, Florida.
He and his wife Kit run the restaurant and catering business with immense detail to quality and presentation.
There are no pre-bagged foods here, all sauces and recipies are from Chef Michaels' extensive culinary mind and made with care.
Lunches are inexpensive, quick and always have a fresh vegetable of the day.
Dinners are elegant with the tables presented with black linen, white napkins and beautiful serviceware.
Brunch is also done with linen and is a local favorite with the three dollar glass of champagne or mimosas.
The building has been completely remodeled inside with intimate booths for dining and the exterior has the look of a hunting lodge. Only open 8 months the work continues to bring beautiful surroundings, excellent service and fabulous food for all.
