- I am a licensed real estate professional in both Virginia and Maryland. I currently reside in central Virginia in the Greater Richmond real estate market. Some of the counties that I serve are Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Chesterfield, Powhatan, Louisa, New Kent, and Caroline. I hold a Broker's license in both states and my title in Virginia is Associate Broker as I hang my license with another broker. I work with both Buyers and Sellers in this market region. I specialize in relocation, home staging, senior moves, first time home buyers, new construction, forclosures, etc (just about all aspects of residential real estate). I love helping people find just the right property for their needs as buying a home is a very important step in any person's life. I try to teach my clients about all aspects of home ownership including tips on maintenance, remodeling and updating, additions, etc as my father was a custom home builder and I grew up working for him. Two of my uncles were also contractors, so I have a rich history of working in the "home" business. I teach my clients the differences between certain types of materials used in the contruction of a home and what lasts longer and needs less maintenance. I take a real hands on approach with all of my clients. I feel that it is more about YOU, the client and I am not the typical salesperson that is only trying to sell you a house...any house. A home is an important and most of the time...the most expensive investment a person makes. That is why I take my role in helping my clients so seriously. I don't want to just sell you a house...I want to sell you a home and make you a client for my entire career. My clients can count on me for advice and help with anything to do with homeownership for years to come. I am in the relationship business, not just selling homes. I work mainly out of my home office in Manakin Sabot, but my broker's office is in Mechanicsville. I can meet you at either location or at a location of your choice. Having offices in both the west side of Richmond and in the northeast area of Mechanicsville makes it easier to meet with all of my clients.
