• We are a general, cosmetic, and family dental office located in the Medical Arts Plaza on the North West corners of Alma School Road and Chandler Blvd. Dr. Joseph Mikulicz purchased Anasazi Family Dental from a large dental corporation in February, 2006. You get a staff that is expertly trained- the minimum of 4 years of dental excellence up to Doctor's 14 years of practice, and yet, we’re small enough to give you the attention you deserve one-on-one. Our patients tell us that Dr. Mikulicz is a super gentle dentist and they experienced no pain while he works on their teeth. We serve families of all sizes and individuals in Chandler, Sun Lakes, and the surrounding areas. We take most of your PPO insurances and are happy to bill them for you. If you have not been to this 1970's style building in a while, our landlord redid all the outside stone and stucco and painted for a fresh updated look. We are talking care to do the same thing on the inside. Dr. Mikulicz is bringing us into the 21st century by installing computers in the rooms and using digital x-rays to minimize your exposure to radiation. The floors have been replaced and some of the popcorn ceilings removed. Wallpaper is being removed and paint reapplied. Blinds have been installed in our lobby, as well as, updated, new, comfortable leather chairs. We plan to do more interior decorating as the year goes on, so stop in and see what is changing. If you have to wait for dental care, unlike other medical practices, we make sure the reading content is always up-to-date. If you are not a bookworm, we have a TV for you to watch instead. You have seen it on TV: ZOOM 2 Advanced Whitening and it is in use at our office. This improved tooth whitening takes only an hour and makes you several shades lighter without having to use a bleaching tray each night. This reduces the sensitivity that some people experience with nightly treatments. You will also receive a custom tray to do whitening touch ups later in the year, in the comfort of your own home if you wish to do so.
