PANACHE Restaurant serves NW Cuisine with a Twist. We are located within a 1919 built home in the Historic Nye Beach District, adjacent to the Newport Performing Arts Center, in Newport. We have the only fine-dining restaurant in the area with a web site: www.panachenewport.com
PANACHE hosts the artwork of local artisans which changes monthly, as well as local musicians who perform every weekend. Beginning June 1st, we will be open daily for dinner at 5 pm.
PANACHE is proud to have 3 professionally trained and ACF (American Culinary Federation) Certified Chefs; Chef Tom Peddecord-Chef/Owner, Chef Phil Hawkins-Executive Chef and Karen Edwards-Pastry Chef.
Our menus change with the seasons and feature only WILD Seafood and naturally produced beef, lamb, duck, pork, and bison. The menus also feature locally grown organic produce and 2 daily vegetarian entrees.
Our extensive wine list contains regional and international wines, Salmon Safe and organically produced wines as well as local microbrews.
Our 'old-world charm' dining room features a very warm and friendly atmosphere with 100 year old English oak draw-leaf tables which open to seat as many as 6 guests at a time.
