We are quickly becoming Houston's Premier Boutique CrossFit and athlete training facility. Located in heart of Houston, just minutes from downtown, we embody the cutting age facility and training methodology that discerning clients require.
At GymBowie/CrossFit Live Oak, athletes train alongside their friends while enduring a demanding program that leaves them feeling motivated and encouraged to work out as hard or harder than their neighbor. Our classes are short, intense, and rigorous, but most importantly the sense of community inspires our athletes to work hard and keep coming back.
By sweating and struggling together, athletes build a bond that inspires everyone to stay accountable. Regardless of individual fitness levels, GymBowie is for anyone hoping to increase their fitness and overall wellbeing.
