- Fitness Together is a private one-on-one personal training studio. Each training session is conducted in a private room. Clients are never left to train without the guidance of a personal coach. We have a very comfortable environment that is non-intimidating. Every training plan is tailored to the needs of the client. We focus on functional training so that what you accomplish inside the studio is transfered to the things you do in everyday life. We do this by first making sure you have a stable, strong, and powerful core system, and then working on your movement system. This approach allows clients to reach their personal fitness and weight loss goals in a safe and lasting way. All of our trainers are nationally certified. We work with males and females, with children through senior citizens. We also work with special populations having specific health or medical concerns; from post-rehabilitation to performace enhancement. We are located in El Dorado Hills near the Regal Theater facing White Rock Road.
