- I'm Todd Boyd, owner operator of Midwest Builders. We are a custom commercial and residencial building company. Originally from Lafayette, Indiana where I owned and operated a construction company there. I'm also a graduate from Purdue University with a bachelor in Building Construction Management. I moved here in 2005 with my wife and children. We are currently building in Charlotte and Sarasota counties. Our primary focus is to provide our customers with a quality product at an ecomomical price. No matter what your needs are, we can provide a turn key service from design to finish product.
