- Western swing band that travels state wide. Many awards and tons of experience. The original LoneStar Cowboys were from the Dallas area and had hit records in the 1930's. We reformed in 1972 and have had many famous members. All members are considered lifetime members. We have cd's for different years and different member combinations. Jesse Smith is the band leader, a Texas native from Milano, Texas. The band is based out of Tomball, TX.
