There is absolutely no obligation and we offer a complete report on line the same day. Our inspection and report fees are very affordable. We don't earn money by making sure a house sells even if it has problems. We earn money by making sure the health, safety and security conditions of the home are good for you and your family. We work only with respectable real estate agents. One real estate company refuses to place us on their approved inspector list. Could be they don't want folks to know the real condition of the houses they sell. Although we accept referrals from real estate companies, we do not pay part of our fee back to real estate agents. Buyers should choose the home inspector, not the real estate agent. Anything else is a serious conflict of interest. Home owners may have to pay for a lot for repairs or upgrades after the sale is closed. We perform independent property investigation and inspection services for homes and small commercial buildings in Alamogordo and throughout south central New Mexico. We serve customers who want the property they are buying inspected before their purchase is finalized. An inspection should always be performed before an appraisal. The appraiser needs the inspection report to determine if home or building systems are in good condition. Safety isssues are emphasized and included in each report as well as evidence of wood destroying insects. We produce an on-line report the same day it is ordered, if the inspection is scheduled by 10 a.m. We also don't mind working Saturdays if an inspection can't be scheduled during the week. My personal qualifications include but are not limited to 45 years in construction industries and the building trades as a journeymen carpenter. I also hold a B.Sc. and and M.A. Degree from Northern Michigan University. Cadre is FHA / HUD Certified and liscensed in Otero County. Our service is fast, reliable and offers a high level of genuine professional experience. My first experience in civilian housing in New Mexico occurred as an active duty Staff Sergeant living in Clovis, NM and stationed at Cannon AFB in 1970.
