This is a budget draft for the Initial Cost to manufacture two unsinkable “Southern Comfort” model Houseboats for the FIRST 90 DAYS, but once production is set up then each Boat will be a lot less in Cost. These first two Boats will be in the International Boat Show so they will be “Tricked Up” for sales purposes. Two more boats at this time will start production. All prices are O.E.M.
