We provide counseling to adults and adolescents to treat mental health concerns. We have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other major life transitions. Pre-marital and couples counseling is also available.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday. We have late appointments available on Thursday evenings.
Counseling is provided by Holly Scott, MBA, MS, LPC. Ms Scott is a licensed professional counselor. Her approach to counseling is usually a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques designed specifically for each individual client. These techniques are some of the most studied and verified as effective by the counseling and psychological professions.
