The Roaming Kitchen is a fully functional self-sustaining gourmet kitchen inside a 20ft trailer, we prepare and cook our meals wherever we go. We are not your average food truck, our On The Go Gourmet service is helmed by an Executive Chef with over 20 plus years of experience in the culinary arts. Our Executive Chef, Ara Malekian, trained with some of the best people and restaurants within the food industry, even serving under Wolfgang Puck. His culinary skills ranges from the simple gourmet burger to the fancy multi-course dinner setting. His broad knowledge of multi-cultural recipes satisfies the varying appetites of all his guests.
