The Woodland Village club house is available for resident’s events upon reservation and perfect for those hot summer days we have a sparkling pool and jacuzzi for all residents to enjoy. Woodland Village has six and twelve month term leases available. Please note that we are a Crime Free/Drug Free Community with the City of Tucson and do run a criminal background check on all applicants during the application approval process. Application fee is $25 for first applicant and $10 for any additional applicant.
