- With over 23 years experience in Real Estate, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be here in the south metropolitan area of Charlotte, NC. Assist you with special needs and special education. Coordinate your move and temporary housing, not just in Charlotte. And, I’ll even help you create a demographic report for your business partners. What ever it takes to help you. The decision to move needs to be an informed decision and no matter how many times a family has done it, they learn if given the best information. It's through this that a family or individual can come from a position of power, not weakness. As for any business choosing to conduct business in the Charlotte area, it's important to understand the nature of your business from the inside out. This process does not have to be unpleasant! We have an unbelievable amount of organizations that concentrate on economic development. The infrastructure around our Cities is equally as fascinating. The medical facilities and level of education offered here in this region is phenomenal! What types of industry and the ratio of retail, manufacturing, service and distribution generated in the various locations tells a story. Knowing where the growth areas are, versus the challenged areas or areas of greater transition are key to understanding the market of real estate. This is especially for sellers as well as buyers. I believe everyone, even the first-time home buyer should have a basic knowledge of how our City and surrounding counties are put together. City-Data certainly understands the power of accurate information and how it affects people who want to make choices. As a professional and licensed realtor and broker, I have been in the real estate business for 22 years (I started when I was 2 - I'm kidding). The essence of who we are as human beings and what our purpose is, personally, spiritually and even politically is based on our ability to choose. Financial security affects everything we do.
