Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness is a full service wellness facility offering a variety of fitness classes, wellness seminars, along with services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, and weight loss.
We are most famous for our group fitness classes which are included with our memberships. Classes include Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Cardio Salsa, Body Toning and others.
Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness also has available personal training along with small group coaching classes. Personal training cost $25 for a 1/2 hour session. Small group classes are less than $20 per class.
Day passes along with weekly and seasonal memberships available for visitors.
