• The trades center is a community rental hall w/offices and a conference room available for use in addition to our "Gift Basket/Coffee Shop" Our facility is adjacent to WMCS Radio Station 1290 AM. We are located near Capitol Drive and Sherman Blvd. Because we are so discretely visable, we're known as "the best kept secret in town" for hosting special events with children ages 1-12 and adults 40+. This facility can accommodate 100 guest w/4 per table seating. We are fully carpeted, ground leveled entry with amenities such as podium, stage, kitchen and built-in buffet. Our hall is warm, cozy, private and beautifully decorated with Oak framed mirrors aligning the walls. Our guest(s) have the option to provide entertainment and dining arrangements for their event(s). Because we are able to offer these options as part of our services, you can create an atmosphere for just you and your guest because of our low rental prices and flexible hours. We serve any clientele which choose to use our facility and our volunteer staff have exceptional skills in business and customer service to make your event a success.
