Bayside Yoga is an affordable studio in the Pembroke neighborhood. We offer small classes with a great degree of personal attention. There are at least 2 classes every day of the week for every level of student. We specialize in classical hatha yoga and flow yoga. All of our classes offer some instruction in meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). In addition to our regular classes, we have monthly book clubs, movie nights and special workshops. Our prices are as follows: $10-15 for drop-ins, $6-10 for multiple class cards. If you are not able to afford the cost, we will work with you to arrange something affordable for you.
