Stuffit Ravioli was established in Old Downtown Sonora to cater to the walking traffic and bring back the old tradition of hand rolled ravioli. We specialize in gourmet flavor ravioli not found anywhere else in all of Tuolumne County. We have six flavors of ravioli that you can always find and some that rotate with the seasons like Butternut Squash or Turkey and Stuffing raviolis. You will find it a challenge to choose just one and matching what you choose with a different sauce each time you visit. See a full menu at our website. We have dine-in or take-out or choose to take home your ravioli or gnocchi frozen to make at a later time. This product is good in the freezer for up to 3 months so you can always plan ahead or buy a bulk package. We also offer making custom ravioli with your filling. About one quart of filling per 100 ravioli. Keep your family secret a secret and let us do the hard part. The best part is we serve vegetarian, meat filled, vegan and gluten free for all types of diets. Ask us and we will help you find the right one.
