Hero‘s P.e.t.s. (Planetary & Ecologically Trusted Supplies) goal is to help change the world for the better. We try to only carry all natural and earth friendly products. Not just products with pretty packaging or a good ingredients label. We research each product line to make sure that you are not only getting a great product, but a safe, earth friendly product, preferably that donates money to a good cause. While ingredients labels are important we at Hero‘s Pets recognize that they can be deceptive. Because of this we take much more than the label into account when choosing our selection of foods. We consider the ingredients themselves, the order of the ingredients on the label, the source of those ingredients, the location of manufacture, the history of quality control of the company producing the food, the morals of the company that makes the food and much more. If the company has had too many questionable issues throughout their history we choose not to sell it because we recognize that your pets health is more important than what a company can make you believe with their packaging. We hope you understand that while we do have a limited selection of foods we choose those foods with care and with your pet in mind first and foremost.
