Dr. Safar is a graduate of the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. She first moved to southern California in 1988 when the Navy stationed her at Naval Air Station MiraMar as one of their leading dentists. While completing her three year service contract Dr. Safar fell in love with San Diego and decided to open her own dental practice, Celebrity Smile Spa.
