Many of the campsites remain shaded during most of the day, and are set back from the road off of a gravel driveway. We are just minutes from the Tennessee Valley Authority electric plant, and within walking distance to a post office, and a gas station/convenience store. Several boat ramps are available within 2 miles. Nearby towns include Erin, Dover, and Clarksville, Tennessee. Rental prices are: 30 amp $150/week, $400 month, and 50 amp $150week, $400/ month. Rent includes water, sewer, electric, wireless internet, mowing, and trash removal and mailboxes for year round residents.Laundy services available! Playground !
