We offer emotional support, information, and household help to the new family, filling a need that has been created by having our own mothers, aunts, and sisters so far away. We will do laundry, cooking, errands, sibling care, light housekeeping, or simply hold the baby so you can take that much deserved nap or shower! Having help after birth has been proven to alleviate the overwelm and exhaustion that can lead to postpartum depression.
