Madison Boot Camp provides people with exercises and therapies to achieve their dream body and a better sense of well being and in some cases reduced chronic pain, or simply doing things they would never have attempted before.
WHY BOOTCAMP?
Bootcamp is WAY more effective than a gym membership. Does the gym give you personal attention, motivation, results, accountability, comfortable atmosphere, and offer a free fitness assessments every 4-6 weeks? Bootcamp is a cross between a regular fitness class and personal training. Personal training is about $50/hr. Regular fitness classes don’t correct your form or let you call them with questions. My bootcamp will give you attention to form, motivation, information on exercises, stretches, whatever you ask. You get 15 minutes a month to call or email me on any question you may have on health or fitness. If I don’t know it right away I will follow up with you.
