My name is Lauren Baldigo and I am a NH licensed (#3588M) and nationally certified Massage Therapist. I specialize in Swedish relaxation & therapeutic massage, as well as 5 Element Shiatsu bodywork. For those who prefer to remain clothed Shiatsu, Chair massage, or a clothed Table session are all wonderful options. When you make an appointment with me you can rest assured that you will be the focus the entire time. Each session allows for plenty of time before and after your massage to discuss any issues or questions you may have, and there are no "50 minute hours" at my practice. You will receive the full 60 minutes of hands on time, without being rushed out the door afterward.
