Our services are free and there is no obligation from our customers up to the point that they decide they want us to buy the home of their choice on a rent-to-own basis. At that point, we require a 5% deposit, which is fully credited back to them when they buy the home back from us within two years.

As a result, they can not only achieve homeownership (taking advantage of price declines of nearly 50%) but the cost to own a home (vs. renting a similar one) can be nearly 40% less before taking tax deductions for interest and property taxes.
We work with consumers with FICO scores down to the low 500's and only require a 5% deposit.
