The program is designed for men and women of ALL AGES, ABILITIES AND FITNESS LEVELS. No camper will be left behind or asked to complete any more than they are capable of doing safely. The COREfit program will get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Our ever-changing workouts combine calisthenics, resistance training, agility drills, core work to tone and strengthen, flexibility to lengthen, and cardio to improve heart health. We also incorporate short distance running/walking, weight training, jump roping, obstacle courses, relays, team challenges, agility and power drills, partner drills - and tons of fun! We are located in Cary, near Farmington Woods Elementary School - Current hour long sessions run Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 6am and Saturday morning at 8am, with new sessions added according to demand. With a minimum of 10 participants, a new class can be scheduled to meet your needs. We run month long sessions three times per week - that is 12 sessions per month.
