We are located about a quarter mile down the road from the Pulix at Five Forks right off of Woodruff Rd. Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:30am-12:00pm. We offer many different types of products and services including Root Canal Therapy, Crowns, Porcelain Veneers, Lumineers, INVISALIGN Invisible Braces, Dental Implants, White Fillings, Air Abrasion, OxiFresh Oral Care Products, Fixed Bridges, XanGo Juice, Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and Oral Sedation for a relaxing visit, and much much more. We also provide our patients with a wide range of financing options, too. We accept most Insurances and we file insurance for you. We also offer Self Pay financing. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards and even offer financing by Citi. We partnered with Citi to provide our patients with the option to apply for the Citi HealthCard that has many different features and benefits such Options with no finance charges, a Short application process (10-15 minutes), and We will let you know on the spot if you are approved, so ask our receptionist about the Citi HealthCard at your next visit.
