• WE COME TO YOU. FREE ESTIMATES. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY & CONVENIENCE AT COMPETITIVE RATES. We clean, repair & sell most types of blinds. We also wash windows. We are limited to two stories for washing windows. We service a good portion of Kings, Tulare, Fresno & Madera Counties. Servicing distance is within an appoximate 60 mile radius of Fresno. We try to keep prices competitive and not overcharge. Discounts are available but limited to within a 15 mile radius of Fresno. Due to the cost of gas, minimums may vary and some small distance surcharges may need to be applied. We are looking for repeat business so we try to do the best job using best practices. Communication with customers is key. We encorage customers to tell us if there is a special need or area to be cleaned a certain way with certain detail so we can place an emphasis on performing the job to customer satisfaction. If we are unable to meet customer expectations due to circumstances beyond our control, we will discuss the problem with the customer. First look to provide an estimate can't guarantee that we can do the job as well as we would like. Examples are heavy long standing water stain damage on windows or finish oxidized or damages on blinds. Limited access can create an afore mentioned problem. We can clean and do some repairs on blinds but not renew finishes or stains damage. We carry a stock of parts for repairs. Some more special parts may have to be ordered. Attempts to repair blinds using alternative methods may tried. We will recommend if replacement is better than repair. We will apply a common sence approach but will let the customer guide us at times. We're always learning, sometimes from customers.
