BungoBox, founded in May 2009, rents reusable plastic boxes to save consumers time and money over traditional moving methods. The concept is simple: A BungoBox truck delivers the stackable moving boxes (a large box of about 2.5 cubic feet rents for $1.75 a week) to a customers’ doorstep. Once they’ve been unpacked, we pick them up at the new residence. Pickup and delivery are both free of charge.
In addition to the large moving boxes mentioned above, we rent extra large moving boxes, dollies, hand trucks, forearm lift straps and clothing wardrobes. The extra large boxes are about 4 cubic feet and are great for computers, printers, monitors and other large electronics as well as large linens such as comforters, bath towels, blankets etc. We have 4 wheeled dollies for both the large and extra large boxes that make moving the BungoBoxes a breeze. You can stack them 4-5 high on the dollies once they are full. The hand trucks are great for moving boxes up stairs and for moving appliances. Forearm lift straps are fantastic for lifting large, bulky items like washers, dryers, couches and other similar items. The clothing wardrobes allow you to hang your clothes just like you would in a closet. No wrinkles and having to wash all of your clothes once you reach your destination.
We also offer for sale supplies such as recycled and recyclable paper for wrapping your belongings for packing as well as bubble wrap. We also offer zip ties if you are worried about securing your belongings if they are being moved by someone else.
We currently service areas around the state of Florida and are currently working on expanding operations to Phoenix, AZ, Canada and other locations around the country.
