- Accountability Polygraph Services, Inc is dedicated to the promotion of community safety, as well as providing professional polygraph services within a team environment. Polygraphs to be provided would include the administration of specific issue, sexual history, and maintenance/monitoring examinations to whomever is required to receive the results.. All examinations are administered in a respectful manner. Collaboration and communications with involved professionals will occur before and after the completion of the polygraph examination. Timely reporting of all disclosures relating to the client is considered a priority. Our regular business hours are from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00am to 2:00pm on Fridays. Pre-arranged days/locations of polygraph examinations will be coordinated with the treatment team through our Englewood office. For your convenience, we will also allocate any requested dates and/or rotation of dates per month as needed to accommodate your clients. Special needs or requests will be handled on a priority basis. Completion of polygraph examinations will include, at a minimum: timely arrival, professional appearance, pre-examination staffings (as necessary), reviewing client files and paperwork, and providing applicable documents to the client (additional forms, etc). All testing will be administered with computer polygraph instruments and recorded with audio/video equipment. Examinations will be administered according to local and national standards, and at the direction of the treatment team. We will fax or email a printed summary of the polygraph results (or the final report) within 24 business hours. Additionally, we will fax or email all completed examination results via a professionally written final report within 14 days of the complete polygraph appointment (if required).
