Our organization will have its first meeting March 27, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the BPO of Elks Lodge #365. The Elks is located at 122 North Broadway, Peru Indiana. We are encouraging each honorable serving Veteran from all US Military groups to come and join in the grand opening of this new AMVETS Post. Whether currently Active, or discharged from Active Duty, National Guard or Reserves, you are entitled to join our wonderful organization. Costs are only $25.00/year or $150.00 for a Life Time Membership so just bring a copy of your DD214, copy of you Honorable Discharge or if still on duty, your military card and ID number.
