• Boise Memorial Hospice has been serving the Eagle and Treasure Valley areas of Idaho since 1996. We are locally owned and operated by one owner (we are not a franchise). We offer end of life care and services to terminally ill patients in their home, assisted living or nursing home. We are not a place to go to, we come to you. Our goal is for individuals to live as fully as possible, in the manner they choose and with the care they have chosen. Hospice care is usually paid for by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. Our hospice provides care to the whole person, medically, spiritually and emotionally. This journey is profoundly personal and we respect the wishes of the patient. Our staff are professionals and know that providing care to patients and their families can make a difference. We are located in Downtown Eagle, across from City Hall. To determine if you qualify for hospice care, our owner will talk with you and your physician to determine if you meet the criteria. Generally, anyone with a life limiting illness, who is no longer seeking curative treatment may be eligible. Hospice is just not for cancer patients. Our nurses are on-call 24/7 365 days.
