Not really when you think about it. If a company goes to most homes to do any type of remodeling job - who usually do they talk to the most? Generally the wife or female owner of the home! We believe we have an edge because of our unique female perspective to doing the job - with lots of creativity, with a sense of the importance of getting the job done in a timely fashion, extra care is given to leaving the space clean when we leave as well as keeping the work area as neat as possible. No job is too small from your pesky maintenance issues, to designing a beautiful outdoor space to remodeling your entire home. Our company was formerly DBA 1337 Contracting and we are in transition. Our new name is in memory of our former President. We are expanding and putting more focus on residential as opposed to commercial. We do our best to use small yet outstanding local trades. Our owner is a former Personal assistant to several wealthy well known clients and has been the project manager over many high end multi-million dollar projects.She also holds a MS in Historical Preservation. However she is also acutely aware of the economy and what it is doing to all of our budgets and is willing to seek far and wide to find the look you want to meet the budget you have. Her focus over the last 20 years is finding "creative solutions to the problem". Her experience includes architectural and interior design, project management and remodeling, real-estate staging and remodeling of homes for quick sale.
