General Pest control consist of treatment for unwanted pest, such as; Roaches, Ants, Silverfish, Earwigs, Spiders, etc.. Our Initial treatment is performed by dusting the attic, applying chemical to the baseboards, cracks, and crevices on the interior, as well as applying chemical to the base exterior perimeter of the foundation. We also offer Free Termite Inspections, or free estimates for Subterranean Termite Treatments, this is for homeowners who are not currently buying, selling, or refinancing their home. For the buying, selling, or refinancing a home/structure, there is an inspection fee of 75.00 + Tax for homes on slab foundations, under 2500 square feet. Please call for quote on larger structures to be inspected. General Pest Control starts at 75.00 + Tax, and if you mention that you saw our advertisement on the internet, we will apply a 10.00 discount on your Initial General Pest Control Service, which will be 65.00 + Tax, this is for homes under 2,000 square feet.
