Come join us for a warm vinyasa Yoga class. We offer basic, intermediate, and advance classes in a small intimate space. Some classes are consider a "hot" class. This means the temperature of the room is genrally between 85-90 degrees. Our teachers are knowledgable, friendly, and inviting.
