- I have an interactive approach to psychotherapy. When you meet with me I won't just sit there quietly and occasionally ask how you feel about something, I will work with you on how to develop solutions to your problems. I will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space from which you can look at your patterns and behaviors and set goals for your future. We will work collaboratively using your strengths to help you live the life you wish to live. I specialize in anxiety, grief, trauma, and gender identity. I am trained in EMDR.
