I am a real estate agent who lives in Heritage Grand, a 55+ active adult community 30 miles west of center city Houston. I limit my efforts to working with seniors who want to live in an active 55+ adult community, somewhere in the Houston Area.

As a 20 year resident of Houston, I am totally familiar with the area in all of its aspects.

Basically, there are 5 of these communities;
Windsor Lakes is about 35 miles north of center city Houston
Bella Vita is about 15 miles south of center city Houston
Heritage Grand is about 30 miles west of center city Houston
The above three are built out.
Towne Lake is about 30 miles north west of center city Houston
Towne Lake is still building
Windsor Lakes, Bella Vita, Heritage Grand and Towne Lake are all by Lennar/Village Builders and have similar homes/amenities.
SweetGrass is a new Del Webb community that will open on Feb 12, 2011 and is about 35 miles south west of center city Houston.
I work with Heritage Grand, Towne Lake and Sweet Grass. I do not work with Bella Vita or Windsor Lakes, as they are too far from where I live.
