- Well at Devon's,customer satisfaction is our main focus.We believe,communication plays a major part in keeping old customers and getting new ones.The reason behind this is, because alot of companies grow so fast that they forget about those two critical points.These are the reasons alot of companines lose contracts, because instead of communicating with the customer,and checking to see how things are going they wait until the last minute when the customer is upset with the quality of work.Then they want to correct it but now its to late.As the owner of Devon's I've been in customer service for 17 years,in the janitorial field for 15 years on and off. with a 2 year job working on the Navy Depot,so i do have the experience.Ok now, what we do at Devon's.We do house cleaning(with free estimates)office cleaning,daycares,churches,move ins and outs and also apartment cleaning.The next thing we do is floor care,that ranges from carpet cleaning (commercial and residential),bonneting carpet,stripping and waxing,buffing,tile and grout and ulphostry cleaning.We also subcontract for companies who need help from time to time or whatever the case may be.So what makes my business better than my competitors,I rather not say because I was brought up on talk is cheap and my action speaks louder than words.So give a call today and you be the judge
